The person hiring the bikes must:
- Be able to show proof of identity (national identity document, passport, driving licence)
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Pay for the rental upon collection
- Provide a deposit in the form of a bank card pre-authorisation
- Undertake to pay remedial costs for damages to the bikes as a result of carelessness or neglect.
All users of the E-bikes must:
- Be at least 12 years of age (minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult)
- Be fit and able to ride
- Be covered by civil liability insurance (e.g. travel insurance) against accidents and damages to 3rd parties while using the bike(s).
All users must also:
- Ride the bike in a responsible manner and in accordance with the law
- Ride only on paved roads
- Securely lock the bike when unattended
- Promptly notify the police in the event of any accident or theft
- Contact the Lessor promptly in the case of any accident, damage or theft.

Yes! We offer a delivery and collection service (for a minimum of 2 bikes).
Simply add Delivery to your shopping cart and choose the correct delivery zone - click here to find the correct delivery zone for your requested location.
At checkout you will be able specify your requested delivery location.
Note: Whilst we will do our best to honour the requested delivery and collection location and times, in busy periods we may need to vary these by prior mutual agreement. We will be in touch by email to confirm these details with you as soon as possible.

A security deposit by bank card pre-authorisation is required upon pick-up or delivery of the rented item(s). This must be made with a Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit). The amount of the security deposit varies according to the equipment hired, i.e. 400€ per E-bike and 100 € per child bike or trailer.
If no security deposit is provided, no items shall be rented and no refunds shall be given.
This authorisation is cancelled once the bike is returned or collected by the agreed-upon time and assured to be in the same condition it was delivered. The deposit may be used in the event of loss, damage, cleaning fees or late return. Please see the full terms and conditions of hire here for full details.
Customers need to ensure that they have sufficient funds available on their card to cover the pre-authorisation amount. Customers must be aware that these funds may be blocked and not available during the pre-authorisation period. Once cancelled, the pre-authorised amount should typically be available within the same working day. However, the exact timeframe of the release can vary.
We recommend checking with your bank to understand their specific policies regarding pre-authorisation holds.
If possible the same card should be used for the payment and the pre-authorisation.

We will send you a pro-forma invoice confirming your order details and payment confirmation.
If you have requested a delivery service we will also be in touch to confirm the times and other details.
At the time of pick-up or delivery you will be asked for a security deposit in the form of a credit card pre-authorization. You will also be asked to sign our standard contract and terms of business here.

Yes!
In all cases cancellation or modification will incur a 5% charge to cover bank and administration fees.
Cancellation or modification is possible more than 48 hours before the start of the rental period.
Cancellation less than 48 hours before the start of the rental period is not possible and not refundable except in the case of in the event of proven adverse weather conditions.
Cancellation or modification due to proven adverse weather conditions (windy with gusts of more than 80 km/h, rain or snow storm) is possible at the sole discretion of Pedal 'N' Pop.
To cancel, please let us know by calling 06 81 17 91 08 and sending an email to confirm your cancellation to [email protected] quoting your name and booking reference.

All of our bikes are equipped with puncture resistant tyres and are meticulously maintained but in the unlikely event of a puncture we offer assistance.
If you are within one of our delivery zones we will come and fix the puncture or change the bike as quick as possible.
We provide puncture repair kits for those who wish to venture outside of our delivery zones.

The range depends on many factors:
- Cyclists weight and type of riding
- Selected assistance level and gear
- Wind
- Hilly or flat terrain
The range of our bikes can vary from 40km to 100km depending on the factors listed.
You are responsible for making your battery last! We do not offer replacement batteries if you run out of charge.
